Refund Policy
The short version
Your listing is published the moment payment clears. At that point the service you paid for has been delivered. Because being outranked by a higher bid later is an inherent, disclosed part of how this product works (see the Rules), being outbid is not a fault or failure of the service and isn't itself grounds for a refund.
When a refund is available
- We charged you and your listing was never actually published due to a technical fault on our side.
- You were charged more than once for the same listing or top-up (duplicate charge).
- Your payment was unauthorised or fraudulent (contact us and your card issuer/Stripe immediately).
- We removed your listing for a policy breach you dispute and we agree was wrongly enforced.
- Any other circumstance where a non-excludable consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law entitles you to one, for example if the service wasn't provided with due care and skill.
When a refund generally isn't available
- You changed your mind after publishing.
- Someone else outbid you and you dropped in rank; that's the product working as described.
- Your listing was removed for breaching the content rules in the Terms.
- You entered incorrect details (typo in your URL, wrong category, etc.); you can usually fix these yourself on your manage page, or contact us if you need help.
How to request one
Contact us with your listing's management link and the Stripe receipt email. We aim to respond within a few business days. Nothing here limits your right to raise a chargeback with your card issuer or a complaint with an Australian consumer protection body.
